The final grade sheet will be prepared after the Semester II exam.
The better of the two marks will be considered the final mark for class 12
In hopes of making all educational rules student-friendly and protecting student careers, the Supreme Court on Friday, January 8 ordered the CBSE to allow its Class 12 students to choose either past grades or improvement grades as final grades.
That is to say, CBSE students will have the option of considering the best of the marks between the original and improvement exams for the evaluation of their class 12 exam results.
Students will choose which grades to use as final grades, rather than the previous mandate of the tabulation policy, which stated that grades earned on the next exam would be considered final.
In 2021, CBSE students signed a petition against its 2021 tabulation policy which made the results of the improvement exams final for the future.
