The Covid-19 cluster that emerged from Nova FM studios in Melbourne has grown, with WAG Kylie Brown testing positive on Monday after falling ill.
She is believed to have caught the virus from her husband, former AFL player Jonathan Brown, who co-hosts the Nova 100 breakfast show Chrissie, Sam and Browny.
The couple’s children Olivia, 12, and Jack, eight, also have Covid, but their youngest, Macy Rose, seven, still tests negative.

Kylie, who is a close friend of Bec Judd, shared the news on Instagram on Thursday.
“Sadly Olivia and I tested positive for spicy flu on Monday 22nd after having a good chat on Insta,” she wrote.
“Olivia felt dizzy, nauseous and had back pain for two days, but everything is better now. Just a stuffy nose.
‘Macy, the little gun, is still negative and her quarantine ends tomorrow [Friday] but I’m going to keep her at home until Monday and do some quick tests just to be very careful.
Kylie said she was “the hardest hit in our family” but managed to get some fresh air in the garden earlier in the week which made her feel better.

She added: “Right now I’m just sleeping, hydrating and following the checks and talking to the [healthcare] team every day.
‘Sitting in the sun was really cool yesterday [Wednesday]. Hope to go back soon.
The beautician said she was “extremely grateful to be vaccinated” as her symptoms would almost certainly have been much worse if she hadn’t been given the double prick.
Getting vaccinated against Covid-19 dramatically reduces your chances of getting seriously ill from the virus or requiring hospitalization.

Kylie continued, “It’s a scary virus and there are so many different symptoms and severities. Today has been a tough day, but I hope I get over it tomorrow. ‘
Jonathan also spoke to his wife and daughter about getting Covid on Browny’s podcast on Wednesday, saying: “The problem is, I brought down poor old Kyles as well.
“I think she’s in pain now. For a while it was just me and little Jack Brown, my eight year old son, who had it.
Outside of the Brown family, Jonathan’s Nova FM co-host Chrissie Swan (pictured) tested positive, forcing the station to shut down on Tuesday.
“The three girls hadn’t rocked their world yet, but now Olivia and Kylie have fallen.
“Little Macy, can you believe it, the youngest of the family, the seven year old girl, the little wonder, she has one more negative test and she is free as a bird, she is back to school with his comrades. “
Jonathan said he went to a friend’s 40th birthday party before feeling bad last week and now worries he has spread the virus.
Outside of the Brown family, Jonathan’s Nova FM co-host Chrissie Swan tested positive, forcing the station to shut down on Tuesday.
The other presenter, comedian Sam Pang, appears to have been given the green light.
Kylie had confirmed earlier in the week that the family still lived under the same roof despite testing positive from her husband and son on Saturday.
‘[We try to] stay hydrated, confident and calm for the kids because there is a lot of hype and fear that has been placed in our kids, ”she said on Instagram Stories.
“Jack was panicking when it happened, but we reassured him and I think that’s what’s important is reassuring the kids.”
Kylie said of her son’s symptoms: “Jack had a slight fever yesterday for maybe an hour and he had, like, growing pains and that’s all he had.”
She also spoke about her decision not to isolate herself from Jonathan and Jack while they were recovering.
“As far as our living conditions are concerned, we are not isolated from the” Ronys boys. The kids all sleep in the same bed together, and I don’t sleep in the bed with JB because he is sweating and smelling a little bit bad, ”she said.
‘We just share everything and keep going [with] life as normal and trying to stay as calm as possible.

Jonathan tested positive for Covid after starting to feel bad while playing golf with his radio co-host Sam Pang last Thursday.
The 40-year-old confirmed he was diagnosed with respiratory virus on his Nova 100 breakfast show Chrissie, Sam & Browny on Monday morning.
“I’ll raise the curtain here. Thursday afternoon I told Sam [Pang], I was playing golf with him and I leaned over him and I said, “I think this is the end.”
‘Pang will be my witness. I told him in the parking lot Thursday night, I said, “I feel a little bit crooked, I’m not doing well.”
“I came home and told my wife, Kylie, because I was supposed to go out to dinner that night.
“I said, ‘I don’t think I can go to dinner,’ and she said, ‘Why don’t you have a quick test? Because she had been a bit of a crook for a few days.
Kylie said her husband had ‘sweated’ and was ‘a little smelly’ after catching Covid-19
“Then it turned out positive and I called Pangy and our job, Nova, and said I was positive pretty quickly. I think we probably need to set up something where everyone gets tested. So I did the right thing.
Nova and her stable mate Smooth FM have both been shut down for a deep clean after the Melbourne station’s program director Peter Clay asked the on-air talent to get tested on Thursday night.

“We will continue to adhere to and follow all current state government health advice and guidelines to maintain a safe workplace for all of our employees.”
