For his part, the Director General of the Community Development Authority in Dubai, Ahmed Julfar, said that the authority has started distributing “happy” cards to citizens in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs, aimed at supporting senior citizens and retirees. and people of determination and people with limited income and provide the various necessities of a decent life for them and their families.
