Jameson Williams starts the 2022 season on NFI list

Jameson Williams, the former Alabama wide receiver, suffered a horrific ACL tear in the national title game when the Crimson Tide fell just short against the Georgia Bulldogs. The fast receiver is working on the injury, but he will start the 2022 season on the list of non-football injuries (NFI).

Williams was drafted by the Detroit Lions at number 12 in the first round of the 2022 NFL drawing.

The Lions expect Williams to make his debut in November if all goes according to plan, but his services would be appreciated as soon as possible. Williams has game-changing speed and will be a huge addition to a Lions attack that needs a lot of juice.

When the time comes, Williams will make his presence known.
