MNS chief Raj Thackeray hospitalized; undergo hip surgery on June 1


MNS leader Raj Thackeray was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on Tuesday where he will undergo hip surgery on Wednesday.

Earlier this month, Thackeray announced he would undergo surgery for his knee and back problems.

Thackeray had made headlines after recently issuing an ultimatum to remove loudspeakers from mosques. He was also due to travel to Ayodhya on June 5, but he has put the plan on hold for the time being.
