Wild Waves Rage in the Atlantic as Hurricane Fiona Makes for Bermuda


Footage from Saildrone shows raging waves raging in the Atlantic Ocean as Hurricane Fiona headed toward Bermuda, where strong winds and rain swept across the island on Friday, September 23.

After devastating Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic and soaking Bermuda today, the storm was on a collision course for Canada.

Hurricane Fiona was set to make landfall early Saturday in eastern Nova Scotia, according to the Canadian Hurricane Center, which described it as a “historic storm.”
