Zelenskyy’s “Formula of Peace”: 5 Steps to Stabilize International Relations



Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine had proposed a “formula of peace, its way to the stabilization of international relations” at the United Nations (UN) General Assembly.

Details: Zelenskyy said that Ukraine’s “peace formula” contains five points:

  • First, punishment for the aggressor.

  • Second, to protect life, that is, to ensure that Ukraine gets all the defense aid it needs.

  • Third, restoring security and territorial integrity.

  • Fourth: security guarantees.

  • Fifth: the determination of the world to achieve these goals together with Ukraine.

Zelenskyy added that in turn, Russia has offered nothing but “lame apologies, complaints and constant lies and propaganda, which the world had had enough of long ago, but Russian representatives keep repeating it.”

The Ukrainian president thanked “all heads of state, all politicians, public figures, cultural and business leaders” who showed their support for Ukraine at the UN General Assembly and other events that took place in the US this week.
